Terms and Conditions

Payment

✿ Only via PayPal or Payoneer
✿ Partial payment. 50% upfront and the remaining 50% after completion
✿ No refund after payment received

Terms and communication

✿ Deadline is about from 2 weeks up to 2 month depending on difficulty of commissioned artwork
✿ I will send you every stage of drawing for approval
✿ You will get full-resolution png and PSD/CSP files on your email

Cancellation

✿ In the event of a cancellation by the client, no refund will be issued for all payments made to the artist.
✿ In the event of a cancellation by the artist, the artist must return all fees paid by client.

Edits

✿ All free revisions acceptable only on the sketch phase
✿ Minor changes such as colors, changing some small details are free
✿ Major changes such as pose, composition, etc. are accepted only for an additional fee, which depends on the complexity of the edit and is determined by the artist

Copyright

✿ The artist retains the copyright of the artwork. All commisioned artworks for personal use only (Exceptions are possible by prior arrangement). Reproduction or sale is not allowed.
✿ I may post any commission on my social media as my portfolioYour copyright
✿ You may post the commissioned artwork on any websites and print but only for yourself.
✿ You are NOT allowed to use commissioned artwork as an AI promt or NFTs.

Commercial copyright

✿ If the client wishes to use the artwork for commercial purposes, the price for a perpetual license is a one-time payment of +100% of the base commission price with no future royalties.
✿ Commercial usage must be discussed before the artwork is completed.
✿ No one has the right to sell the artwork except the client. Only if they have the direct permission of the client.The client is allowed:
✿ Sell the artwork as printed copies (stickers, book covers, etc.)
✿ Sell the artwork as digital copies (digital book covers, etc.).The client must:
✿ Cite me as the authorThe client is not allowed:
✿ Sell the commissioned artworks as NFT’s and use as a an AI promt
